- Email costs extra: It is common practice for the hosting providers to offer free business email for you to use but Cloudways lack in that area. So you might have to pay some money to get your own business email.
- No Email Hosting: Cloudways also do not provide Email Hosting.
- No File Manager: Sadly Cloudways alsoo do not provide a File Manager. So in order to access it, you have to access your web application through SFTP or SSH (for example FileZilla, PuTTY, etc.)
- Can’t Register a Domain Name: Sad but it’s true that you cannot register a Domain name or get a free domain name with the Managed Hosting Plan. You have to use other Domain providers to buy yourself a domain.
- A bit costly plans: The managed hosting plan could have been a bit cheaper but I believe that much cost you are also going to get more than enough value.
- SSL Limited To 100 Sites: Though Cloudways offers FREE SSL it’s only limited to 100 sites only. You do have to buy SSL for other sites.

That means even though you end up buying the lowest-priced plan you will get all the same additional benefits of the high-priced plan. The difference will be just in RAM capacity, amount of storage you get, bandwidth, and the number of CPUs.
One drawback of this plan is that a free trial is not available for Managed Amazon Cloud Hosting you might have to pay to see if this is the plan you want.
